3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are to be agreed and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, customs duties, or handling fees.
Full payment is required to confirm an order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept financial transfers and other secure payment methods via third-party providers.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production, customization, and destination.
We are not liable for delays due to customs, natural events, or courier issues beyond our control.

Shipping fees and insurance are calculated at checkout or during custom order processing.

 

5. Custom Orders

For custom furniture, we work closely with clients to confirm specifications. Once production begins, orders are non-refundable.

We encourage clear communication and will provide drawings, samples, or finishes where appropriate.

 

6. Returns & Cancellations

Because of the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless an item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

In such cases, please notify us within 3 days of receipt with detailed photos and documentation.

Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order. After that point, all production costs are non-refundable.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on marc-richard.com, including designs, images, text, logos, and product concepts, is the intellectual property of Marc-Richard and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
